• Certificate of registration (original or copy)
• Ownership title
• Certificate of recovery
• Vehicle Import form (Form 1 issued by Transport Canada)
• Purchase contract
• Certificate of transaction with a merchant
• Identification form (0-148) issued by a police force
• Authentication form issued by a police force
